Why conversations

Your customers already chose how to talk to you. Your CRM should keep up.

Customers text, send a WhatsApp message, or reply to a story. The real details of a deal end up in those threads: the budget, the timeline, the question that decides it. When conversations live on personal phones and the CRM lives somewhere else, context gets lost between them.

  • Context stays visible

Every message sits next to the contact, the deal, and what happened last time.

  • The team shares one view

Anyone can pick up a conversation without asking for screenshots or forwarding chats.

  • Nothing depends on one phone

When someone is out or moves on, the customer history stays with your business.

Unified inbox

One workspace for every customer thread.

Conversations from every connected channel arrive in a shared team inbox. Each thread shows who owns it, what the customer said before, and where the deal stands, so replies are informed and nobody answers twice.

  1. 1

    Conversations in one workspace

Team views for what’s new, what’s yours, and what’s waiting. Filter by channel, team, or deal stage.

  2. 2

    Clear assignment

Every thread has an owner and a status. Reassign in a click, with the full history attached.

  3. 3

    Collaboration in the thread

Internal notes and @mentions sit beside the customer’s messages, never sent to the customer.

  4. 4

    Customer context alongside

Contact details, open deals, and past activity stay in view while you reply.

Channels

Meet customers where they message. Keep one record.

Each channel feeds the same inbox, contact, and timeline. We’re building channel by channel, starting where service businesses talk to customers most, and we label every channel honestly.

SMS

In development · launch channel

Two-way business texting tied to the same contact and deal. Texts and WhatsApp messages from one customer land in a single timeline.

Instagram

Next after launch

Direct messages from your business profile, routed like every other chat. For teams whose first contact often starts in DMs.

Messenger

Planned

Facebook Page conversations alongside the rest of your inbox. On the roadmap. We will confirm scope before it ships.

Telegram

Planned

Telegram chats with the same ownership and history rules. On the roadmap. Tell us if Telegram matters for your team.

One customer, one timeline

Messages are matched to the right contact, so a customer who texts on Monday and sends a WhatsApp message on Friday is still one conversation history.

Channel availability and timing may change as we build. Business messaging channels may require approval from the channel provider and can carry provider fees.

Automation

Let routine conversation work run on rails.

Matching contacts, routing threads, chasing replies, and updating deals shouldn’t depend on someone remembering. Workflows react to what happens in a conversation, then hand the important part back to your team.

  • Triggers based on conversation events
  • Routing rules by channel, team, or topic
  • Follow-ups that stop when the customer replies

AI assistance

An assistant that reads the thread, so you don’t have to start from zero.

The assistant works from the conversation and the customer record. It summarizes long threads, suggests what to do next, drafts a reply in your voice, and proposes CRM updates. You decide what gets sent and what gets saved.

  1. Summarize

A short brief of what the customer wants, what was promised, and what’s still open.

  2. Suggest the next step

A recommended action based on where the conversation and the deal stand.

  3. Draft for review

A reply prepared in the thread. Nothing is sent until a person approves it.

  4. Keep the record tidy

Suggested field updates, like project type or timeline, that you accept with one click.

AI assistance is in development. The preview shows the intended experience, with a person approving every message and record change.

Sales & CRM context

Conversations become pipeline, not just history.

Every thread is connected to the people, companies, and opportunities behind it. Sales activity and conversation history build one record your whole team can trust.

Why teams switch

Built for teams that sell and serve in chat.

Designed for small and growing customer-facing teams that win business in messages:

  • Home & local services
  • Clinics & studios
  • Education & training
  • Agencies
  • Sales teams

Faster customer responses

New and waiting conversations rise to the top, with timers that show who’s been waiting, so replies go out while the customer is still interested.

Clear conversation ownership

Every thread has one owner and a status. No more “did anyone answer this?”

Better team coordination

Internal notes, mentions, and handoffs happen beside the customer’s messages.

Less manual administration

Contact details, activity, and conversation history are captured as you work, instead of copied over at the end of the day.

Better visibility into customer interactions

See conversation volume by channel, response times, and which threads turned into deals.

Pricing

Pricing is in the works.

We’re finalizing plans with early-access teams before we publish anything. We want pricing to be easy to predict for a growing team, so here’s what we’re designing it around.

  • Your team size

Plans that make sense for a small team today and still work as you hire.

  • The channels you connect

Start with the channels your customers use, add more when you need them.

  • No surprises on messaging costs

Some channels charge provider fees. We’ll show them clearly instead of burying them.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What we’re building, how it works, and what’s still being decided.

Ask us something else

It’s a CRM where the conversation is the center of the work. Instead of logging calls and copying chat messages into records after the fact, your team replies to customers in inChat, and the contact, deal, and history update around that conversation.

A shared inbox helps you answer messages; a CRM helps you track customers and deals. Running both means switching tabs and re-typing details. Here they’re one workspace: each thread is linked to the right contact and opportunity, and follow-ups and stage changes can be triggered by what happens in the conversation.

WhatsApp and SMS are the first channels we’re building. Instagram is planned next, and Messenger and Telegram are on the roadmap. Each channel on this page is labeled with its current status, and we’ll update those labels as things change. Some business messaging channels require provider approval and may carry provider fees.

No. AI assistance is designed to work alongside your team: it summarizes threads, suggests next steps, drafts replies, and proposes record updates. A person reviews and approves anything that goes to a customer or changes the CRM. AI assistance is still in development.

Small and growing teams that sell or serve customers over messaging: service businesses, clinics and studios, education and training providers, agencies, and sales teams that do a lot of their work in chat.
